The job hunt is hard, especially for those who are new at it. Although the unemployment rate in the tech industry remains incredibly low, computer science graduates still face challenges during their transition into the real world, especially since their real-world experience might be a bit thin.

While employers prize these graduates smarts, they can be leery of a perceived lack of practical experience and business skills on the part of people looking for their first real job.
