Referral Bonus

Beacon Staffing is always looking for good people just like you. We offer a special referral bonus if you recruit your friends or family members to Beacon Staffing. After your referral works 80 hours on his or her first assignment, you will be paid $25 AND your Referral will be paid $25. (Referral name must give your name at the time of interview)

Also, Forklift Drivers Referral will be paid $50 to you and referral after working 160 hours.

Paid Vacation

After you have worked 1800 hours in a calendar year, you are eligible for a paid (35 hour) week of vacation. You must coordinate your time off with Beacon Staffing and your assignment supervisor.

You may either:

request time off and be paid, or
not take the time off and get an extra paycheck instead.

Paid Holidays

After you have worked 1500 hours in a calendar year you are eligible for paid holidays. You must work the day before and the day after. You must have accrued the time the week prior to the holiday.

Eligible holidays are:

New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

Weekly Pay

Beacon Staffing has a “green” approach to wages. For payroll, we issue debit cards from Global Cash Card. When you wake up on Friday mornings, your pay has been loaded on to your pay card and you have immediate access to your wages

Skills improvement

We can help you expand your skill set and competency so that you qualify for different positions. “Prove It” tutorials are available through Beacon Staffing, providing the latest and greatest training for a range of skills.
